As an interaction designer at SAP Labs, I research, ideate and design with a cross-functional team for the Complaint Handling Application. The product helps analysts manage complaints seamlessly from end-to-end and provides a holistic view on the issue status and the follow-up activities of complaints.  This role involves a constant train of discovering business needs, defining use cases, and carrying out the required design process within time constraints. A large part of the role is also advocating for design decisions and designing systems that map to business processes. This project is under NDA.
