Q&A: Designing for Patient-Specific Queries
Physicians ask questions throughout a patient encounter – prior notes, drug interactions, guidelines, dosing. I led end-to-end design for an integrated retrieval experience that surfaces answers inside existing workflows, built a north star prototype that shaped roadmap prioritisation and secured executive buy-in.
Escrow Services Dashboard
An escrow platform built for a company that wanted to move beyond property transactions into smaller-value B2B deals. I owned the full design across three distinct user types: buyer, seller, and admin – each with different power over the same transaction.
Insights as delighters in the browser experience
I researched the psychology of browser stickiness across delight, virality, personal data, and privacy, then proposed a framework for surfacing browsing insights in ways users would actually find useful. Part of my graduation thesis.
Breaking information silos in the Complaint Handling Suite
A complaint in discrete manufacturing touches quality, logistics, procurement, and finance simultaneously. I owned UX design for the analyst-facing application, making that complexity navigable for a user who needs to see all of it at once.
